Contact

Solar Path Lights publishes buying guides, reviews, and deal-focused content to help you pick outdoor solar lighting that actually fits your space (walkways, gardens, driveways, steps). If something on the site is unclear, inaccurate, or missing, this is the fastest way to reach us.

What we can help with

  • Content questions (a guide/review/deals page you want clarified)
  • Corrections (wrong specs, broken links, outdated info, missing context)
  • Partnership inquiries (brands, PR, affiliates, media—see guardrails below)
  • Accessibility issues (navigation, readability, contrast, layout problems)
  • Site issues (pages not loading, display bugs, spammy comments, errors)

What we can’t help with

  • Orders, shipping, returns, refunds from Amazon or any other retailer (we’re not the seller)
  • Warranty claims, replacements, missing parts (those go to the manufacturer/retailer)
  • Emergency/security situations (the site can’t provide urgent support)
  • Price-match requests or “lock this deal” requests (pricing/availability change constantly)

Contact form

Helpful details to include: the page URL, the product/model name, what you believe is wrong (or what you need), and a source link if you’re flagging a spec.

Response timing: we usually reply within a few business days. During high volume, it may take longer. If your message is about an order, we won’t be able to resolve it—contact the retailer directly.

Privacy note (short and plain): messages you send may include personal information like your email address. We use it to respond and to keep context for follow-ups. We don’t sell your message content. We may retain messages as long as needed for support, abuse prevention, or recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize when practical.

Spam/abuse filter: messages with aggressive link-stuffing, scraped outreach, or deceptive “guest post” pitches may be ignored. If you’re legitimate, keep it simple and relevant.

Partnerships, PR, and brand requests (with guardrails)

If you’re a brand, agency, or PR team, you can reach out—but keep expectations realistic. We don’t provide customer support for your products, and we don’t “guarantee” coverage or outcomes.

  • No pay-for-rank: compensation never buys a specific rating, placement, or conclusion.
  • Facts over hype: claims must be verifiable (spec sheets, manuals, certifications, official listings).
  • Disclosure stays visible: affiliate relationships and ads are disclosed; that’s non-negotiable.
  • We’re not the retailer: we can link to offers, but we don’t control pricing, inventory, shipping, or returns.

Subject line suggestion: “Partnership: [Brand] — [Product line]”

Corrections policy

If you spot an error, send the page URL, what’s wrong, and a reliable source (manufacturer page, manual PDF, or an official retailer listing). If we confirm the issue, we’ll update the page. If pricing/availability changed, we’ll adjust language where needed, but we can’t keep every deal perfectly current 24/7.

FAQ: the stuff that wastes the most time

“Can you help with my Amazon order/return?”
No. We’re an information site and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. The retailer you bought from handles orders, shipping, returns, and refunds.

“Your price doesn’t match what I see.”
That happens. Prices, coupons, and availability change quickly. Always confirm the final price and delivery terms on the retailer’s checkout page.

“Is this light bright enough for security?”
Most path lights are for visibility and ambiance—not security lighting._toggle the goal: walkway guidance vs. property security—and we can point you to the right category.

“Do you test every product?”
We publish research-based reviews and buying guidance using publicly available specs, documentation, and user feedback patterns. We do not claim hands-on testing unless a page explicitly says so.

“Can you add my website link / publish my article?”
If it’s a generic SEO pitch, don’t bother. If you have a genuinely useful resource (manufacturer documentation, safety standards, installation diagrams), send it with a specific page that should reference it.

Trust closer

Solar Path Lights exists to reduce buyer regret. We disclose affiliate relationships and run ads to keep the site funded, but editorial decisions aren’t for sale. If something reads off, call it out—we’d rather fix it than defend it.
